SANTAIR at the ESN Research Workshop on Neonatal Pulmonology 2026

SANTAIR had the honor of participating in the ESN Research Workshop on Neonatal Pulmonology for Early Career Investigators, held in Corfu on May 7–9, 2026, at the premises of the Reading Society of Corfu — a historic intellectual and cultural institution of the 19th century, operating as a library and research center with significant collections and serving as a landmark for the island’s scientific and cultural life.

By actively supporting a leading scientific initiative dedicated to the future of neonatal respiratory care, our presence became part of a highly dynamic and interactive environment of education, scientific exchange, and collaboration.

Participants had the opportunity to experience firsthand the SERVO-N neonatal ventilator by Getinge Maquet, as well as the advanced NAVA (Neurally Adjusted Ventilatory Assist) technology for continuous and dynamic respiratory support, which is opening new horizons in personalized neonatal care.

Particular recognition and honor came through the warm remarks of Professor Theodoros Dassios, Chair of the Respiratory Group of the European Society for Paediatric Research (ESPR), Professor of Neonatology at King’s College London (United Kingdom), and Associate Professor of Neonatology at the University of Patras (Greece), who highlighted the significant technical and scientific contribution of the collaborators to the success of the workshop.

SANTAIR remains firmly committed to supporting education, research, and innovation, actively contributing to the advancement of neonatology and modern respiratory support.
