4th Panhellenic Conference on Resuscitation and Emergency Management

A large faculty and many interesting lectures participated at the 4th Panhellenic Conference on Resuscitation and Emergency Management, that was held on October 5-6, 2018. The topics were focused on how the theory-practice gap can be bridged, with the goal of providing optimal and documented treatment and care in dealing with life-threatening situations.

During the work of the Conference, clinical tutorials were held that gave the possibility of the internship to the participants who wanted to get acquainted with the subject of Emergency Medicine.

Santair A.E. participated in clinical tutoring with Phillips Respironics’ innovative MEMA V60 respirators, and trained participants in the care and management of a critically ill patient outside the ICU.

The new Phillips HS1 Defibrillator, presented by Santair, also caught everyone’s attention. This is the most modern defibrillator that can be used by anyone in case of a heart attack, as its use is simple and does not require medical knowledge.
