SANTAIR participated in the 1st World Forum for Endoscopic Cardiac Surgery – Inaugural Forum of the Endoscopic Cardiac Surgery – “The Edge of tomorrow”, held on September 9-10, at the Thessaloniki Concert Hall.
We presented to the 300 distinguished cardiac surgeons who attended the Congress, Getinge’s innovative VASOVIEW HEMOPRO 2, the latest and most advanced model on the market for endoscopic preparation and removal of the great saphenous vein.
“Endoscopic cardiac surgery is the future of cardiac surgery as heart operations with large incisions and open chest are becoming a thing of the past,” as pointed out during the Conference, by the distinguished Cardiac Surgeons Dr. Antonis Pitsis, Director of the Cardiac Surgery Clinic of the Ιnter-Balkan Medical Center (Thessaloniki) and member of the Board of Directors of the World Association of Endoscopic Cardiac Surgeons, and Dr. Patrick Perier, cardiac surgeon and president of the ECSClub.
